My kids have had LeapPads for the past 4 years. Aside from being jumped on, they have proven to be fairly indestructible and my kids are rough on toys. Not only are they kid-proof, they are (in my opinion) by far the most educational toys out there. My oldest learned his letters and began reading at four. I swear it is because of his LeapPad and the other LeapFrog products. The price on these is just about the lowest I have ever seen them go.
